1. Luxury Apartment Search Services

Our signature service offers personalized searches for luxury apartments. Booking fees are due at the time of scheduling. If you need to reschedule, you may transfer your session to a later date. To request a refund of the paid fee, contact us within 7 days of booking. We will process approved requests within 14 days via the original payment method. Fees are non-refundable after property tours have commenced.

2. Digital Products

We offer exclusive neighborhood guides and market trend reports as digital downloads. All sales are final once access credentials are delivered. No refunds are provided once the product link has been accessed, due to the nature of digital delivery.

3. Physical Goods

Our branded merchandise may be sent back within 30 days if unopened and in original condition. To arrange a refund, submit a request via our support form or call +14160793804. Once the item is received and inspected, we will issue a refund within 7 days using the same payment method. Shipping charges are not refundable.

4. Refund Processing

Refund requests must be submitted to EliteFlatSeek via phone or the online form. We will assess each request and notify you within 5 business days. Approved refunds are processed within 14 days through the original payment channel. In cases where a refund is not available, alternative solutions such as service credit or rescheduling may be offered at our discretion.
